About the Project and Complex Concept

Constructing large-scale multifunctional commercial properties requires an integrated engineering approach combining robust structural framing, advanced MEP utility installations, and architectural fit-outs. TAN GROUP delivered a major commercial project — the "Chimgan-Ecobozor" Shopping & Entertainment Complex.

Our objective was to construct a modern commercial hub integrating retail galleries, entertainment spaces, food courts, and an eco-market format, with all execution phases delivered within 6 months.

Executed Construction and MEP Engineering Services

1. Structural Assembly & Steel Framing

Primary site operations focused on heavy-duty structural steel assembly. Utilizing high-strength steel structures and modern steel-frame building construction, our teams created wide clear-span retail concourses while securing maximum seismic resistance.

2. Facade Engineering & External Finishes

The exterior envelope of the complex was built to modern architectural standards. Specific facility blocks featured sandwich panel building techniques and professional sandwich panel installation in Tashkent to maximize thermal efficiency, paired with architectural glazing for commercial visual appeal.

3. MEP Systems: Ventilation & Electrical Networks

To support high daily visitor traffic, our engineering teams deployed industrial HVAC forced ventilation and climate control networks. Full electrical distribution was executed, including main power cabling, panel distribution setups, and energy-efficient LED illumination.

4. Interior Architectural Fit-out & Subcontracting

The final development phase involved extensive subcontracting for internal retail suites, concourses, and management offices. Works included heavy-duty floor treatments, acoustic ceiling installations, and complete turnkey office repairs for administrative blocks.
