About the Project and Construction Scope

In 2021, TAN GROUP actively participated in constructing the flagship "Beruniy-ekobozor" Commercial & Entertainment Center, acting as a trusted subcontractor alongside Discover Invest. The complex merges a high-traffic eco-market with modern retail and entertainment zones.

Over a 5-month operational window, our engineering teams delivered a full suite of structural, installation, and architectural finishing works. Executed Construction and Installation Services

1. Reinforced Concrete Works & Substructure

During the initial phase, heavy-duty concrete pouring and substructure works were executed in Tashkent. This included pouring monolithic foundations, load-bearing columns, and inter-floor slabs. High-grade concrete processing ensured long-term structural integrity and seismic resistance for the entire commercial facility.

2. Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection

Our teams executed full-scale structural steel erection, forming the primary load-bearing framework of the complex. Utilizing modern steel-frame building construction, we engineered wide clear-span zones for retail galleries, optimizing interior commercial layouts. All structural steel framing received advanced anti-corrosion surface treatments to ensure long-term durability.

3. Roofing & Sandwich Panel Installation

To guarantee high thermal performance and complete weatherproofing, a multi-layered industrial roofing system was deployed. Specialized sections featured sandwich panel building techniques and professional sandwich panel installation in Tashkent, creating an energy-efficient, weather-sealed building envelope.

4. Exterior Facades & Architectural Finish

The exterior facade of "Beruniy-ekobozor" was executed in compliance with modern commercial architectural standards. We integrated architectural cladding and commercial glazing systems that enhanced visual appeal, boosted customer footfall, and underscored the ecological concept of the retail center.

5. Interior Fit-out & Subcontracting

The final development phase involved extensive subcontracting for interior architectural fit-outs across retail halls, technical rooms, and public circulation areas. Works encompassed wall leveling, heavy-duty commercial floor layment, suspended ceiling assembly, and complete site preparation for tenant retail equipment installation.
