About the Project and Technical Specifications

Constructing specialized broadcast and media production environments requires adherence to strict acoustic isolation standards, precision mounting of soundproofing substrates, and complex multimedia cabling setups. TAN GROUP successfully delivered a specialized broadcasting studio complex for the national television channel Zo’r TV.

Our technical objective was to build a functional media facility offering optimal acoustic acoustics, structural clear height for rigging, and heavy equipment support, all executed within a 5-month timeline.

Executed Structural and Engineering Services

1. Structural Engineering & Framing

Primary operations focused on assembling heavy-duty structural steel framing. Utilizing high-strength steel structures and modern steel-frame building construction, our engineers created a large clear-span studio floor plan without interior columns, providing ceiling clearance for overhead lighting rigs and seismic resilience.

2. Electrical Networks & Power Infrastructure

Broadcast facilities demand high electrical capacity and power redundancy. Our engineering teams deployed complete electrical setups, including shielded broadcast cabling, power distribution boards, and energy-efficient LED studio lighting.

3. Interior and Exterior Architectural Finishes

The final development phase involved extensive subcontracting for external architectural facades and specialized interior acoustic paneling across soundstages, control rooms, and dressing suites. TAN GROUP also delivered complete turnkey office repairs for the channel's executive and editorial staff.

Project Outcome

Delivering the Zo’r TV studio complex in 5 months demonstrates TAN GROUP’s engineering capability as a verified construction company in Uzbekistan delivering commercial building construction and specialized high-tech facilities.
