Foundation and Building Frame: Large-scale concrete works in Tashkent were successfully executed. The robust monolithic frame became the foundation of safety and durability for the entire 8-story business center, guaranteeing resistance to high operational loads.

Facade Solutions: The modern look of "Chimgan Plaza" combines aesthetics with energy efficiency. During the exterior finishing, professional sandwich panel installation was performed, and advanced translucent structures were installed, highlighting the premium status of the property.

Interior Finishing and Landscaping: We completed the final finishing works, preparing the facility for operation. This phase laid a solid foundation for subsequent processes, such as turnkey office renovation in Tashkent for the future tenants of the business center.
