About the Project and Interior Concept

Executing hospitality and health resort developments demands attention to detail, eco-friendly materials, and premium comfort standards. Between 2020 and 2021, TAN GROUP served as the interior fit-out subcontractor for the new Chinobod Plaza resort complex.

Our technical teams were tasked with delivering high-end interior finishing across residential accommodation blocks, medical treatment suites, administrative quarters, and public lounges within a tight 4-month timeframe.

Executed Finishing and Fit-out Services

1. Surface Preparation & Subcontracting

Initial operations focused on comprehensive subcontracting works, including wall and ceiling alignment, floor leveling, and complete substrate preparation for final architectural finishes. All processes complied with health, hygiene, and fire safety codes mandated for wellness facilities.

2. Interior Architectural Finishes & Turnkey Renovation

Our teams delivered turnkey office repair for administrative management wings, along with premium interior finishes for guest suites and lobby areas. Materials were selected for wear resistance, hypo-allergenic properties, and sound dampening capability.

3. Interior Styling & Lighting Systems

Final execution phases included mounting decorative wall paneling, assembling suspended ceiling structures, and installing multi-tiered architectural lighting to establish a relaxing ambiance for guests.
