About the Project and Renovation Scope

Renovating landmark government administrative assets requires strict adherence to security protocols, building standards, and accelerated engineering execution. In 2020, TAN GROUP executed a comprehensive capital repair project for the main headquarters of the Ministry of Finance.

Our technical teams were tasked with modernizing the facility’s MEP utility infrastructure, restoring the exterior facade envelope, and performing interior office fit-outs within a 9-month project timeframe.

Executed Construction and Engineering Services

1. Facade Engineering & Exterior Cladding

Exterior rehabilitation focused on complete facade envelope restoration. Operations included wall thermal insulation, architectural stonework repairs, and modern curtain wall glazing to restore a dignified administrative facade profile.

2. MEP Infrastructure: HVAC & Electrical Distribution

To optimize indoor air quality and energy performance, our engineers overhauled the central forced ventilation and air conditioning HVAC networks. Comprehensive electrical installation was executed, including shielded power routing, main distribution boards, and high-efficiency architectural LED lighting.

3. Interior Fit-out & Turnkey Finishes

The final development phase involved extensive interior subcontracting across executive offices, conference halls, and public corridors. TAN GROUP delivered complete turnkey office repairs for ministry personnel using durable, eco-friendly interior finishes.
