3. Interior/Exterior Finishes & Subcontracting

The final phase encompassed comprehensive architectural subcontracting for exterior envelope cladding and upscale interior fit-outs. TAN GROUP delivered complete turnkey office repairs across executive boardrooms, meeting suites, reception areas, and administrative quarters using high-grade wear-resistant finishes.
