Developing major flagship auto dealerships requires high aesthetic appeal matched with robust engineering infrastructure. In 2020, TAN GROUP executed a large-scale commercial project — the Sergeli Auto Showroom (48 × 48 m) for General Motors Uzbekistan.

The spacious complex houses a modern vehicle exhibition showroom, client lounge zones, and administrative quarters, fully delivered in 7 months under strict corporate standards.

1. Structural Engineering & Framing

Primary operations focused on structural steel assembly. Utilizing heavy-duty steel structures and advanced steel-frame building techniques, our engineers created a 48 × 48 m clear-span interior layout, optimizing floor space for vehicle displays while maintaining maximum seismic stability.

2. Electrical Networks & Power Distribution

The project demanded high energy efficiency and specialized architectural lighting. Our team deployed complete electrical networks, including main power distribution, circuit protection, and high-lumen LED lighting setups designed to highlight featured vehicles.

3. Interior Fit-out & Turnkey Finishes

The final phase encompassed comprehensive interior subcontracting. Works included turnkey office repair and fit-outs for administrative staff, alongside heavy-duty commercial floor layments engineered to handle structural vehicle loads.
