1. Construction Management & General Contracting

Under our scope of general contracting, TAN GROUP delivered full-scale construction management. Our teams coordinated multi-trade subcontractors, material procurement, site safety protocols, and scheduling milestones to guarantee seamless project delivery.

2. Reinforced Concrete Substructure & Structural Framing

Initial engineering operations focused on high-capacity cast-in-place concrete works in Tashkent. Works included excavating and pouring subterranean parking structures, raft foundations, and the main monolithic concrete superstructure. Structural steel framing was integrated across specialized sections to deliver maximum seismic resilience.

3. Facade Engineering & Thermal Envelope

Building envelope operations included architectural curtain wall glazing and insulated facade systems. To optimize energy performance across technical facility sections, crews performed sandwich panel building and professional sandwich panel installation in Tashkent.

4. Interior Architectural Fit-out & Subcontracting

The final execution phase encompassed complete subcontracting and assembly works across public concourses, retail halls, and administrative wings. TAN GROUP also delivered complete turnkey office repairs for property management and anchor corporate tenants.
