In 2018, TAN GROUP constructed a private house for Shavoqsoy. The project was based on LSTK (light gauge steel framing) technology and modern sandwich panels. The entire construction was completed within two months, in February 2018.

The scope of work included designing a detailed steel profile frame and assembling the durable metal structure. To ensure proper thermal insulation, wall and roof sandwich panels were installed, followed by the final finishing works.
